We've contacted our payment solution provider who informed us that ever since PSD2 went into full effect, the customer's bank is the one deciding whether there should be card authentication or not. Your bank did not require you to complete an additional verification step through 3D secure, and is considered liable in this case.

Lack of size
The issue is that there aren't many sizes available. We had to order bigger or smaller sizes because our sizes were out of stock. It's pretty disappointing considering we ordered right before the French championship finale and we're supposed to wear the official Selle Français collection.
